How does Lifescope EAP work?

By phone: Call toll-free 800-227-2195, between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m., EST. Identify yourself as a Staples associate

Online: At LifeScope EAP; login and password: Staples


Professionals are on call 24/7 if you experience an emergency. The EAP can be accessed during non-business hours by calling the toll-free number and identifying yourself as a Staples associate. Depending on your issue, the EAP may refer you to a counselor who is not part of the EAP. This treatment may be covered by your medical plan. The EAP can help you understand your options, if a referral is required.
